Cut carrots into sticks, toddler finger width. Steam so they're soft but not completely cooked through. Cut into thin strips zucchini or cucumber. Shred a small ammount of whatever your childs favorite cheese is.
Arrange sticky rice on sushi roller (can't remember what the thing is actually called). Place cheese and veggies in the middle of rice and roll. Cut into small rounds and serve. Maggie loved it.
Just....don't try it with soy sauce. Cheese + soy sauce = tastebud fail.
